The location of the hostel is very convenient, as it is close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, always available to book activities. The beds in the room are comfortable, and there is a cafe downstairs for convenience.

The noise from the bar opposite the hostel can be quite disruptive and may bother some people.

Noisy location.

I got great value for my money at Indie Hostel. The room was cozy and clean, with strong air conditioning and a TV. The location was perfect, close to the beach and within walking distance of the best restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and informative, making my stay even better.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at Indie Hostel in Koh Tao! The staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and kind, and they even allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The beds in our private room were comfortable and the room itself was clean and quiet. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available at the Indie Cafe downstairs. The location was perfect, close to the beach and various bars and restaurants. we highly recommend this hostel for a fantastic stay in Koh Tao!

I stayed at Indie Hostel for 6 nights and had a great experience. The pod beds with blinds provided privacy and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and even offered a discount at Mojo Divers. I loved the card-operated lockers and the little safe by the beds was a cool feature. Additionally, the hostel was just a minute away from the dive shop and the starting point of the bar crawl. There were also plenty of good restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

I recently stayed at Indie Hostel in Koh Tao and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even offered a free tour to beautiful beaches and a viewpoint, which was a great way to explore the area. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hostel's location right at Sairee beach was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The beds were comfortable and had a convenient ledge for my belongings, along with a safety box right there for added security. Plus, the hostel had big lockers outside the rooms to keep all my items safe. my stay at Indie Hostel was amazing and I highly recommend it.

indie hostel in koh tao exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and helped me book an amazing snorkeling tour. the dorm pods were clean, comfortable, and private. the breakfast at indie cafe was delicious.

It was all superb.

The hostel had a comfortable bed and plenty of shower rooms. the location was great, really close to the beach and in the heart of the action.

The common areas were uncomfortably hot and not very inviting. the hostel was located across from a noisy bar, making it difficult to sleep before midnight.

We had a good stay at this hostel. The staff were nice and the room was clean. The location was also great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed the fact that there was free water refills and a communal drying space for clothes. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

There were a few negative aspects. We had to wait at both check-in and check-out because there was no one at the reception desk.

There were convenient amenities like wall plugs and reading lights in the dorms, and even a TV with cable in the private room. The cafe downstairs served delicious food, with special deals for hostel guests. The staff, especially Remi, Miu, and Zo, were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for places to eat and dive. I highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Koh Tao.

The rooms were beautifully designed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the hostel was top-notch, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I also loved the fact that there was a restaurant onsite with delicious food. I had a great time at Indie Hostel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Tao.
